Very cool! I too pitched Joker cosplay to wardrobe when I was hired as an extra for a music video in 1990. The artist: Marcia Griffith. The song: Billboard chart-topper "Electric Boogie." I was promptly escorted off set and replaced by a methamphetamine addict with an eyepatch.
